Wait, what has the Opera team done to Opera as the latest final release version is only 9.24 FINAL Build 8816, dated 17th October 2007. There might be many changes to the new beta version as they have changed the build and version so greatly. You can take a look or download the latest beta version of Opera for Windows at http://snapshot.opera.com/windows/. You can also find other platforms at http://snapshot.opera.com/.
