The last time NuSOAP was released was 02-Feb-06 this new release fixes a few bugs in this very stable system. For those of you who don't know what NuSOAP is it is a SOAP server and client for PHP 4 and PHP 5. SOAP is a protocol for exchanging XML-based messages over computer networks, normally using HTTP/HTTPS. SOAP forms the foundation layer of the Web services stack, providing a basic messaging framework upon which abstract layers can be built.
