For some reason, my computer simply refuses to start, or atleast start in normal timing. A few weeks back, I tried turning on my computer. It displayed the normal start up with the Windows Xp and running blue cubes below it (what it is called, I dont know). However, it remained like that for a long time. 1 hours, passed no effect, 2 hours still no progress. So one day, I turned the it on, and it still had the same problem, but I left it just while I went. I turned in on around 12-2pm and came home at 11pm. When I came home, the computer was on. HELP!

Another problem I have is with my laptop, when my laptop does startup properly, a window will appear. It is the same kind about sending an error report. Instead, the title was Capi_wrk. I clicked Dont send. However, it keeps popping up everytime I turned it on. I even tried clickin send out of frustration, but it still persisted. This started I downloaded a Magix converter from download.com for a free trial, on reccomendation of someone. Yet again, HELP!!

for your computers, i suppose you bought it from a branded computer company huh? For that, you can always get to their technical support or use your warranty to fix it up.

as for laptop's case, i think its an adware. use Lavasoft's Adaware to clear it up and it should be fixed.
