How about some default avatars for people to choose from so that they can have one without having to upload or anything like that?

due to the current bandwidth limit and other limitations, we cannot do this yet. thanks anyway!

EDIT: now we have added something else instead of this. When your avatar fails to load from a remote host, betaPod automatically loads the default avatar.
