betaPod's new homepage design, codenamed BoxCube, has been released after several stability test. The homepage with 6 boxes, is powered by and loaded dynamically using AJAX. Switching between the all-time useful Classics and BoxCode is made easy via a link at the top of the home page lists.

The new homepage designed was made thanks for $lastcowboy for giving me advices on it. We have also fixed numerous security problems, updated the Profile Editor and fix some login issues.

If you guys have any problems or questions, feel free to direct them to the Helpdesk.

Cheers

RE: BoxCube vs Classic homepages
Oh and sorry guys. I forgot to mention about how to switch back to the classic style and set it as default. You see, basically we set everyone's default to the BoxCube homepage. But :BenjiT feedbacked to me that he preferred the classic homepage and would like to set it as default.

To do this, go to your Profile Editor. Under the Settings section, you can find the option "Show BoxCube homepage by Default". If you want to use the BoxCube homepage as default, check this option. If you want to use the classic homepage as default, clear this option.

Also, we have fixed a minor bug in the BoxCube homepage minutes ago that resulted in the boxes getting mixed up. Cheers.
