betaPod: Privacy PolicyWe at betaPod is committed in protecting our members' privacy information from illegal use. Security measures have taken into account to help us further secure our members' information. betaPod is the sole owner of all information collected by this site - "http://betapod.net/". We do not sell, rent or share any information provided by our users; however, our site is hosted on a shared server and therefore certain information such as IP addresses, country of origin are logged into our server statistics log and awstats. These IPs will help us to identify and ban spammers.
The only circumstance in which betaPod may disclose any privacy information of our users is in a situation where the law of any country requires it.
Certain information, such as Cookies, are stored on our End User's computer via PHP or Javascript to keep track of sessions and last user login name. Cache has been disabled on our websites as our End Users requires the latest information from the server. Advertisements, which are most likely managed by our advertising company, displayed on our site may save cookies on our End Users computer and this cannot be accessed by our site. All private information saved on the server for our members are used for reference only by our administrators. Members of our site reserves the right to set if he/she wants to display his/her email address on his/her profile. We will only use the email addresses for contact purposes and for invitation purposes.

We use 3rd party scripts to help us in gathering information and statistics. These includes, but not limiting to, Google Analytics and Quantcast, which will help us in gathering website statistics. Please do revise their privacy protection practices too.
